We insure our dolls when shipped, so if there is any damage in shipping return to this site and fill in the form to the left or call 252-459-7503 to report it. If possible also email a photo of the damage to donis.dolls@gmail.com. We will pay return shipping and once the doll is returned, your refund is made at once in full. We believe you will be more than happy witj your new doll. These are one of a kind dolls so the actual photo is the doll you receive. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery.
